Setting Up a Limited Company

Setting up a Limited Company is very simple and we will take care of the administration to have your company set up within 24 hours.

The £100 fee (plus VAT) is reduced to £75 if you sign up for PacificB2E's ongoing accounting service. Broadly speaking, it is wise to check that the following applies if you are thinking of trading under your own Limited Company:

That you are contracting in the longer term.
That IR35 is not a concern. (We can advise on this if you are not sure).
That you are happy that your remuneration will be made up of salary and dividends.
That you are aware that you will need to complete a personal tax return each year. (We can provide this as an extra service)
